There are various CSCS cards according to the work you wish to do on construction site. For example, CSCS Green card is for basic labour/operative jobs (also for traffic marshal, fire marshal, manual work), while blue card is for skilled workers like electricians, plumbers etc. If you are already in labour job you can get some other certification and widen your job opportunities or find job opportunities which are more convenient and have higher wage rates.
